Agoraphobia, Anxiety and Panic Attacks
I would like to share with you my experience of mitochondrial rescue. I am a 46 year old man and for years I have suffered with anxiety and panic attacks.
For maybe around 8 years I have hardly left the village I live in – unless I really had too. Driving became a problem too, especially being stuck in traffic – I would get very panicky.
Four years ago my doctor convinced me that an antidepressant would help so I started on them. It was the minimum dose just to take the edge off my panic attacks really. These certainly did help, after approximately 3 months of dreadful side effects. I started to go out a bit more and the side effects reduced.
There was still a limit to what I could do and the panic attacks would still win through in the supermarket or when I was stuck in traffic etc.
I have always been open to any ideas to get my life back together and searched the Internet to see what others were doing. When I was searching for remedies to keep the common cold at bay, I found a video on You Tube from Lilias Ahmeira. It turned out she did not live too far away from me. I got in touch with Lilias and we had a chat about my anxiety issues and she recommended I try the Mitochondrial Rescue Protocols.
I started on it in August 2018 and now only 4 months later I am looking at coming off of my medication. Mitochondrial rescue has changed my life. I am now driving around, going out for meals with the family, trips to the supermarket to name just a few things. I am learning how to live again and constantly pushing myself, and my boundaries further. I wake up with a spring in my step and ready to get going each day.
I am not 100% better and this is a work in progress, I have had two or three very minor panic attacks since August, but they have been very short and manageable.
I can honestly say I have not felt this good for years, family and friends have commented on the difference they can see in me. I thoroughly recommend to anyone thinking of trying this, to give it a go and hopefully you will get your life back like I have.
P.S. I have not picked up a cold this winter either, people around me coughing and sneezing but I seem to be keeping it at bay this year 🙂

A brighter future for our daughter
We are very grateful for your help. The mitochondrial rescue support is very effective, and Scarlett now four and a half is making big progress. You will probably remember when we came to you in May of this year Scarlett would very occasionally say a single word. She was completely locked in her own world. She couldn’t listen to us or answer any questions and seemed to have no memory of things or events. Scarlett could not even sit beside another child playing with a toy, or if another child came close to her to play – she would move away.
Scarlett is now doing so well at school the change is huge. The teachers praise her for good behaviour, she now knows and remembers some of her teacher’s names. Scarlett can now pay attention to other children, she does not make friends yet, but plays alongside the other children at school. Her manual skills have improved, like drawing or cutting with the scissors. Generally Scarlett understands much more language and answers most of the questions with 3 – 4 word sentences. Before she did not answer any questions.
We are also very excited as a neighbour’s child came over the other day who is three years older than her and she actually asked him to play with her – this is a first.
She is now waiting for Christmas! Previously she has not understood what Christmas is, and now she knows exactly who Santa is, and that he comes in December. She can even express what she would like for Christmas. We are much less stressed now as we see a much better and brighter future for our daughter.
Thank You so much,

Cameron Aged 6 Autism
Our son was non verbal before starting the Mitochondrial supplements. After two months we have had life changing progress – three huge changes.
1) Cameron would be up from 2.00 am to 5.00 am every night. That has stopped and he now sleeps through the night.
2) He would never go in a theme park or queue up for anything. He is now able to stand patiently, but he also goes on rides.
3) He has now started talking.
We are far from fully recovered, but we are overwhelmed and forever grateful to Lilias and those who invented the treatment.
